Summary: I'm not sure how many years I've used these, but it has been probably somewhere around 8-10. I have them for various rooms. I have never found anything remotely comparable, and I had tried tons of different ways to elevate my arms correctly.

The backstory: I was having so much pain in my forearms, elbows, wrists, and fingers I thought I was going to need major surgery. Nothing was wrong on x-rays and I was so, so confused. That was when I was eventually diagnosed with fibromyalgia. There were times I wore arm and hand carpal tunnel supports because it was so, so painful.

Now, the only time I have pain like that is, very literally, when I am not using the Couchmaster. I try to next text unless I'm on the Couchmaster. I have bought so many products over the years and I can say absolutely none of them worked except that the wrist braces helped some. I haven't had to wear wrist braces or gloves for years because of the Couchmaster. The only reason I've gotten new ones is because I have rescue dogs and, well, things happen over the years. :D

11/10. Cannot explain how well this works or how much pain it has alleviated for me. You really do have to try it for yourself.

Was under assumption it was one piece aka the board connected to the cushions and wasn’t just set on them. Disappointed by that not being clear in the description or picture in any way. Also what is the purpose for the 2 holes drilled through the wood on the right side? For what it’s worth it is fine. But not 5 stars.
